Tatjana Borovina holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb, with major in journalism. She joined WYGC's team in November 2020, as a Senior Consultant in Business Development. Her 28-year long career includes professional experience in an international organisation, the private sector, and the civil service.
Tatjana is also WYGC’s Senior Consultant for ESIF management and control system as for more than 10 years she held positions related to EU funds management: at first, being a member of a project implementation unit (PIU) in the Ministry of Public Administration for more than two years and then, in May 2012, joining the core team of the Managing Authority in the Ministry of Regional Development and EU funds where she worked for over 8 years.
Tatjana was a trainer engaged by the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds for ensuring the transfer of knowledge among management and control system bodies. Her expertise was also recognized by the European Commission, thus she was engaged as a TAIEX expert in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she shared her expertise in the field of human resources management in the public administration through reorganisation of the local administration bodies and Federal Civil Service Agency. Tatjana also supported beneficiaries in the field of strategic planning through support to the local administration in the process of revision of existing strategic documents and development of new action plans.
Given her professional background, Tatjana also supports WYGC projects in the field of public administration reform.
