The Junior Non-Key Expert in Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation and Performance Measurement will work as part of the project team for the EU funded project “Support of Quality Assurance System for Social Services” in the Republic of North Macedonia. The Junior Non-Key Expert will support the development, testing, and refinement of the social services performance measurement and M&E framework, including indicators, data collection and reporting tools, pilot analysis, stakeholder feedback, assessment of existing IT systems, and recommendations for interoperable IT solutions and ongoing monitoring and support.

The Senior Non-Key Expert in IT Systems Functions will work as part of the project team for the EU funded project “Support of Quality Assurance System for Social Services” in the Republic of North Macedonia. The Senior Non-Key Expert in IT Systems Functions will assess existing stakeholder IT systems, recommend interoperable and user-friendly tools for social services M&E, support the development and piloting of performance measurement, data collection and reporting methodologies, validate related tools and procedures, and propose improvements and ongoing technical support mechanisms for an integrated M&E system.

The profiles of the non-key experts are as follows: – SME policy expert(s) – Legal/regulatory expert(s) – Legal drafting expert(s) – Public dialogue/business advocacy expert(s) – SME innovation and digitalisation expert(s) – Communication and visibility expert(s) .

REQUIREMENTS:

The experts will be graded as senior/junior. To qualify as senior expert he/she must comply with the
following requirements:

Qualifications and skills:
– University/academic degree in an appropriate discipline (or equivalent 5 years of relevant
experience additional to that required below under the professional experience); and

Professional experience:
– At least 7 years of experience in the area of private sector/SME development.

Experts not matching those criteria will be considered as junior experts.

All experts must be able to use English as the working language in the project.
