Ninon Gautier has over seven years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research, with a focus on EU-level evaluations and studies. She has managed complex international projects, aligning evaluations with the European Commission’s Better Regulation guidelines and designing and employing a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Ninon has worked extensively on policy and technical studies across various sectors, including labour mobility, maritime affairs, and regulatory impact assessments. With a strong academic background in politics, international relations, and languages, she brings an international perspective and multilingual expertise to her work.
