Mario Protulipac holds a Master in project management and attends a Doctoral programme in project management at Alma Mater Europaea University, Maribor. Mario has 13 years of experience in project management, design, and delivery of HRD, R&D, businesses support and local/regional development projects. He was managing and developing more than 80 grant projects funded through PHARE, IPA, European structural funds, and other donors such as the World Bank, UNDP, state budget, business sector. Mario worked as an expert on various projects in Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. He currently works as Implementation specialist/PIU coordinator/Project manager on several major projects in Croatia for the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Institute Ruđer Bošković, HEP ODS and others.
Mario has also conducted more than 800 training days related to grant management, project management, mostly in cooperation with Algebra University and State School for Public Administration. He is also author and co-author of 4 certified project management educational programs including the first synchronous online education for EU funds management in Croatia.
Mario is also PMP, IPMA C certified Project manager.
