WYGC acted as consortium leader for this 30-month project in Montenegro, financed through the IPA II Pre-Accession Assistance Instrument. Part of a broader push by the Montenegrin Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare to modernise services, the project is intended to improve employment in Montenegro by implementing a self-employment programme and strengthening institutional capacities. Over the 30-month course of the 290.000 EUR project, WYG’s staff offer services including an analysis of the situation on the ground, preparing instructional literature for local staff, developing the employment programme itself in cooperation with local partners, and support in evaluation, monitoring, and impact assessment.
