The project supports the Ministry of Economy and the State Employment Service (SES) in modernising public employment services and preparing for integration into the EU PES Network through the Benchlearning approach, combining self-assessment, peer review, and mutual learning. WYG provides end-to-end support, including governance setup, methodology transfer, evidence-based self-assessment, and facilitation of external peer review missions.
A key focus is translating findings into practical reform actions, including Sub-Action Plans, pilot implementation in selected SES offices, and development of monitoring tools. The project also includes capacity building, study visits, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring alignment with national strategies and ongoing reforms.
The assignment delivers concrete operational tools and reform guidance, strengthening SES performance, improving service delivery, and supporting Ukraine’s alignment with EU labour market standards.
