Supporting the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers on drafting a comprehensive law on labour market policies for Kosovo and strategic organizational development of the Kosovo’s Employment Agency

In November 2023, WYG Consulting has been awarded with GIZ contract “Supporting the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers on drafting a comprehensive law on labour market policies for Kosovo and strategic organizational development of Kosovo’s employment agency”. This contract is part of GIZ Kosovo’s “Fit for Jobs” project that aims to increase employment of Kosovar youth by improving the quality and labour market orientation of vocational education and training, career guidance, and active labour market measures like job search services. The objective of this contract is to support the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers in Kosovo (MFLT) in two areas: · Providing technical assistance in drafting a comprehensive law on labour market policies for Kosovo; · Providing technical assistance on strategic organisation and capacity development of the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo (EARK).
