New Campus and the University Learning Resource Centre University of Zadar, Croatia – Component 1 Advisory Services to the PIU, (WB9-HR-SOC-02)

The project/service is financed through “Western Balkans Investment Framework, Infrastructure Project Facility, Technical Assistance 5 (IPF5).

Implementation of the project included construction and equipping are EU co-financed through Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014-2020, the estimated total value is 85 million HRK (grant number: KK.09.1.2.01.0015). The building consists of: a student’s canteen with 500 seats, a students’ common room, an eating area, with all services and support area (sanitary facilities, entrance area, elevator for disabled persons, technical facilities) on the ground floor; and three pavilions with 129 rooms (284 beds in total) with accompanying content such as laundry rooms, storage rooms, kitchenette, office, etc. from 1^st to 5^th floor. The total building volume is 21,403.18 m³. The total gross building area of the building is 6,182.04 m². Part of the project is the construction of the access road.
