Improvement of water and waste water infrastructure of the Novalja agglomeration: Technical and administrative support in managing the project

The project will upgrade and build a drainage system and wastewater treatment plant in the Novalja agglomeration. It will contribute to the improvement of the water quality, higher rates of connection of the population to public drainage system and more appropriate waste water treatment levels. WYG is a partner in providing project management services to the client to enhance project implementation in line with the foreseen project objectives, relevant regulatory framework, EU funding rules and sound project management principles. The project team is supporting Client’s PIU in development and monitoring of the project implementation plan, financial monitoring and reporting, legal advisory services, monitoring and control of works, supervision and equipment procurement contracts and providing ad-hoc project management advisory where required.
