Framework Agreement for Technical Assistance for Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion (PKK) 2021–2027 and Integrated Territorial Programme (ITP) 2021–2027

The project “Framework Agreement for Technical Assistance for Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion (PKK) 2021–2027 and Integrated Territorial Programme (ITP) 2021–2027” demonstrates WYG’s role as a long-term strategic partner in the implementation of EU Cohesion Policy programmes. The assignment provides ongoing, on-demand expert support to the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds in Croatia, covering the full project cycle—from preparation of calls and grant schemes to implementation, monitoring, audit follow-up, and programme closure (2014–2020). The support spans multiple sectors, with particular emphasis on public procurement, infrastructure projects, state aid, financial management, and evaluation. WYG contributes through hands-on technical assistance, including development of procedures and methodologies, support in managing irregularities and audits, verification of project results, and strengthening administrative capacities of managing and intermediary bodies. The framework also includes training and capacity-building activities, ensuring sustainable knowledge transfer and improved programme management performance.
