The project “Evaluation services of the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina–Montenegro (2021–2027)” highlights WYG’s expertise in the evaluation of EU-funded cross-border cooperation programmes and performance assessment of complex, multi-country interventions. The assignment focuses on the operational evaluation of a €138 million Interreg programme, assessing its effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, and EU added value. It examines both current programme implementation (2021–2027) and the legacy and impact of projects from the previous programming period (2014–2020), ensuring continuity and evidence-based learning across cycles. WYG delivers a comprehensive evaluation approach combining desk research, programme data analysis, stakeholder consultations, surveys, and case studies, providing a robust qualitative and quantitative evidence base. Particular attention is given to programme governance, decision-making processes, project selection, monitoring and reporting systems, as well as communication and stakeholder engagement effectiveness.
