A number of other, personal values are vital in supporting WYG’s Code, partner approach, and brand values – teamwork, caring, client focus, and integrity. These personal values provide the primary ethical underpinnings for all individual and corporate decisions and choices made in the course of WYGC’s business.

We neither offer nor accept individual illicit inducement to secure work for ourselves or offer work to others.
We manage such personal and professional conflicts of interest as may arise from time to time in an open and consultative manner.
We do not accept gifts that could be reasonably viewed as likely to influence our advice or judgments.
We comply with all contractual, legal, and regulatory intellectual property requirements imposed upon us regarding the confidentiality of information obtained from our workforce and others.
