The project “Karlovac Green City Action Plan (GCAP)” demonstrates WYG’s experience in urban strategic planning and green transition at city level. The assignment supported the City of Karlovac in developing a comprehensive action plan for sustainable urban development, covering key sectors such as transport, energy, water, waste, and land use. The work included baseline analysis, risk and vulnerability assessment, and close coordination with local stakeholders, forming the basis for defining a long-term vision and strategic priorities.
WYG contributed to the identification and structuring of 24 priority actions with significant investment potential, supported by an implementation and monitoring framework. The project provides a practical roadmap for integrating environmental, social, and economic considerations into urban development planning.
