During the implementation phase, supervision will ensure that all contractor activities adhere to the contract and technical specifications. This oversight will encompass design, construction, work execution, and testing processes. Key priorities will include monitoring the quality of work, ensuring safety standards, meeting environmental requirements, and adhering to project deadlines. Supervision will also oversee documentation, equipment testing, trial operations, and personnel training. Regular progress updates and reports on potential challenges will be provided to the client, while ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The project leader for the construction of the Jadro drinking water conditioning plant is Water supply and sewage Split (Vodovod i kanalizacija Split), and it is being implemented in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Croatian Waters Ltd (Hrvatske vode), and the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition of the Republic of Croatia.
