REQUIREMENTS:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring business and project opportunities (public and private sector, national and international donors and institutions)
- Reviewing and analysing tender and proposal documentation
- Participating in the full proposal preparation process (clarifications, technical and administrative documentation, coordination with partners and experts)
- Submitting proposals through relevant electronic systems and platforms
- Supporting project implementation activities as required
- Maintaining and updating internal databases (opportunities, references, CVs, project documentation)
- Communicating with institutions, partners, and project team members
- Providing administrative and operational support to department and project managers
- Organising and archiving project and proposal documentation (digital and physical)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (university or professional degree).
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
- A communicative and proactive team player
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and work on a variety of projects
- Digital literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet tools)
- Valid B category driving licence
