Project Assistant
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The EU funded project “Improved Evidence-Based Policymaking, Implementation Practices And Coordination In The ESP Sector And Strengthened Capacities To Participate In ESF” is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Assistant to support the Key Expert 1/Team Leader and Key Expert 2 in coordinating and liaising with Beneficiary institutions, the European Union Delegation, and other associated projects.REQUIREMENTS:
Scope of work:
Support and Liaison: Assist KE1/Team Leader and KE2 in effective communication and coordination with Beneficiary institutions, EUD, and other project stakeholders.
Organizational Duties: Coordinate thematic meetings, briefings, and prepare minutes in English.
Regional Events and Awareness Activities: Responsible for organizing the practical aspects of regional events and awareness-raising activities (Sub-activities: 1.4.3, 1.6.2, 1.6.3).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong computer and web literacy;
- Proficiency in English and Montenegrin, excellent writing skills in both languages;
- Strong organization and analytical skills;
- Ability to team work under tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in financial managing.
- University degree.
- Communication skills in organizing public events.
- experience related to EU funded projects
POSITION DETAILS:
Status: Part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on project needs
Location: Montenegro, Podgorica
Start Date: Immediate, continuing through the end of 2025
